Republic Day Speech 2020 in English - गणतंत्र दिवस भाषण 2020

"short republic day speech" 

Honorable President , respected chief guest, respected preceptors, all the invited special guests, our well-known villagers and my dear brothers and sisters. I want to deliver a few words in the honor of our 71th republic day.
         We all know that our country achieved freedom on 15th August nineteen forty-seven,but all that time we had not available our own constitution. For this purpose, our constitution was prepared under the late. Mr.baba saheb Ambedkar, with the committee of our wisest leader like late Mr.Jawahar Lal Nehru, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, molana Abul kalam Azad and late Mr.rajendra Prasad our former president of India. These all were great members of the constitutional constructing committee. It was prepared during the period of two years eleven months and eighteen days. Our constitution was confirmed by our wisest persons on 26th Nov. nineteen forty-nine by the above committee but it was executed on 26th Jan 1950.
          Hence the day is celebrated in sweet remembrance of this red-letter day.it contains 450 sections, 12 anusuchies, and 22 parts. It was prepared in 114 meetings and it is the largest written constitution of the world. It is a living example of the unity of diversity .it gives the message of tolerance for all religions, communal harmony, sovereignty, bothers hood and peace. It teaches us to respect all religions and to follow our religion according to our beliefs.
        On this occasion, We can not forget the names of those freedom fighters who were the heroes of the freedom struggle. President sir, We should make a promise that we all the citizens will make our best efforts to build our nation, Bold, Strong and united. We will never hesitate to sacrifice our life for the sake of our country and freedom.
      With these words, I finish my speech and show respect towards the freedom fighters who laid their precious lives for the sake of our nation. the fire of these brave persons is burning in our hearts and it will always inspire us in the future.
